Carmel Apple Cheesecake
1 homemade gourmet basic cheesecake
2- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1-8 oz whipped topping divided
2/3 cup carmel sauce, divided
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1. with an electric mixer, beat together cheesecake mix, cream cheese, and apple juice until creamy
2. gently stir in 1/ 2 of whipped topping and 1/2 cup carmel sauce
3. pour mixture into piecrust and chill at least 2 hours
4. when ready to serve, top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with remaining carmel sauce
serves 6-8 DELICIOUS!
