1 HG Smoothie mix
2 cups water
6 cups crushed ice, divided
1 cup (or more) alcohol, Amaretto is best, but Rum can also be used
1 1/2 cups Pina Colada drink mix
1. In a blender, combine mix, water, 2 cups ice, alcohol and Pina Colada drink mix. Blen on high until mixed thoroughly.
2. Pour half of mixture into a pitcher and set aside until needed. Add 4 cups ice to remaining mixture in blender and blen on high until thick and creamy. Repeat this step with the reserved drink mixture when ready.
3. Serve immediately.
Yields 16-8 ounce servings
