Recipe of the Day


Fresh and Fruity Tarts
Resize to Serve: Recipe Yields: 12
Recipe Serving Size: 1 Tart
Servings Per Recipe: 12 servings

Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce tub whipped topping, thawed and divided
1/4 cup raspberry preserves or jam

Fresh fruit of choice for garnish
12 mini pie shells, prepared according to package instructions
1 Homemade Gourmet® Cheesecake Mix (Basic, Cool Lemonade, Key Lime)

Directions
1. Beat together Cheesecake Mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
2. Spread 1 teaspoon raspberry preserves or jam in each prepared mini pie shell. Fill each with ¼ cup cheesecake mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.3. Garnish with your choice of fresh fruit. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
